We are lobbying all restaurants and other food industries to discontinue using hydrogenated oil for cooking or frying. The use of this oil causes health issues, in particular, heart problems. We recommend that hydrogenated oil should be replaced with an all-vegetable oil. We also discourage the use of food coloring , high fructose corn syrup and preservatives.

When dining out, ask the restaurant what kind of oil it uses for cooking and frying. When shopping for yourself, check all labels for the ingredients and don't buy a product if it has any trace of hydrogenated oil.

Remember, it is your body. You are the only one who can ensure your health simply by being proactive; ask questions and check ingredients!
